Returns and Exchanges

I would like to make a return

At TZ-USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please fill out the return form on our website [HERE]. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • All products must be returned in the original condition in which you received them. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
  • All markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products can be returned within 60 days of the initial purchase date.
  • You can process your return or exchange either in-store or online.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to be credited back to your account.

Please note: TZ-USA does not offer refunds on merchandise purchased through our wholesalers. However, we do allow exchanges for products purchased through our wholesalers, provided the item is currently in stock, full-priced, and remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. For details regarding returns and exchanges through our wholesalers, please refer to their specific policies.   • TZ-USA will cover the re-shipping costs for any items that arrive damaged or if we send the wrong product.

Extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges and returns will be accepted through February 25th, 2024 for full-priced, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products purchased between November 1st and December 24th, 2023.

The original receipt must accompany the merchandise.

For items received as gifts, an exchange request must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

  • All markdowns and promotional items are final sale.
  • All beanies and hats are final sale.

Order status

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my shipment

While we trust and value our carriers, delivery issues can occasionally happen. We recommend first checking with your neighbors in case the package was accidentally delivered nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to confirm they no longer have the package.

For best results, please contact your local United States Postal Service (USPS) office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment still cannot be located, please reach out to us at info@tz-usa.com for further assistance.

Domestic Shipping

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $6.95 or a priority rate of $9.95. All shipments are tracked and insured. You will receive tracking information via email within one (1) business day of shipment.

  • Orders received Monday-Friday before 7 AM CST will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders received Monday-Friday after 7 AM CST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, shipping may be delayed.

If there are any issues processing your credit card, your order may also be delayed.

International Shipping

ll orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). International buyers currently pay a flat rate of $24.95. Please note that First Class Mail is an economical option but can be very slow. We have no control over delays caused by your country’s customs, and First Class Mail cannot be tracked or insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
